SUMMER CAMP DATES
AGES 5-11: June 12th-15th | July 17th-20th | August 7th-10th — 9AM-12PM
AGES 12-17: June 19th-22nd | July 24th-27th | August 14th-17th — 9AM-12PM
Classes are held at the Musical Arts Center (the MAC), at 2806 Avenue A, Lubbock.
Classes begin the week of February 6, and finish the week of April 25.

After we have received your email we will review the registration and reply with an email payment option through Paypal. Please note that you are NOT required to have a Paypal account when choosing this option. There will also be a 2.7% charge when using Paypal.
Camp policies agreement must be signed by the student or parent/guardian and brought with the student on the first day of class. Download agreement here.
Tuition: $240 per student. Please make all checks payable to the Moonlight Arts Academy. Students enrolled in classes are required to pay monthly or in total. Payment is due the first class of each month and may be given to the class instructor. Students participating in a 12-week class may pay in full at the time of registration.

Refunds: Refunds are not available to students who miss classes due to illness or personal schedule changes. If for some reason an instructor becomes incapable of completing their contracted teaching schedule and a replacement instructor cannot be found, a student will receive a full refund for the remaining classes/lessons left in the paid session.
Attendance: Students are encouraged to attend each class and lesson. Missed classes will not be made up. If weather conditions cause a closure of the academy, class and private lessons will be rescheduled at a later date.
Tardiness: Classes begin at the scheduled time. An instructor cannot restate missed information for a tardy student during class time. Please understand that our instructors are on tight schedules. If a student arrives tardy, the lesson will still end at the normally scheduled time.
Required materials: Students are encouraged to bring the recommended items for their classes/lessons. By arriving prepared to classes/lessons students will increase their chances for success and productivity.
Behavior: Students are expected to be respectful to both faculty and fellow students. If a student becomes disruptive and/or destructive to the facility or any member of the Arts Academy at any point, the instructors reserve the right to remove the unruly student. The guardian/parent will be phoned immediately.
Liability: Lubbock Moonlight Musical, Inc. is not responsible for any injury a student may develop as a result of not following directions and/or respecting the facility and/or equipment.
Pick-up procedure: Parents/guardians are encouraged to walk students under age twelve into their class and/or lesson. Students under the age of 12 must be picked up inside the facility by a parent/guardian at the scheduled conclusion of class. If a parent/guardian who regularly greet student after class cannot fulfill that responsibility for some reason, the instructor must be notified in advance concerning who (name and relationship to student) will be arriving at pick-up time. We will not let a child leave with an unapproved adult. The safety and protection of your child is our number one concern!
